Disclaimer: This is my best attempt to remain unbiased and present all
of the information as presented on the candidate’s website. I only touched the top 2 issues of the
economy and foreign policy (the war). It
would be way too overwhelming for me to do every issue. I passed the AP economics exam in
high school and took a few political science classes. I’m not an expert but this is my overly
simplified summary.
Key:
Blue means good. Red
means bad. (No, it’s not a subliminal thing.)
Rich, Middle and Poor represents
classes that will be negatively or positively effected by the plans of the
candidate in terms of purchasing power.
I also believe in the economic principle that money flows from the poor
to the rich.
A hyphen indicates no major change.
Gas prices are estimated according to if the value of the
dollar will be improved by the candidate’s proposal. There is an inverse relationship between the gas
prices and the value of the dollar. Candidates
who move to continue the war on terror have question marks because I don’t feel
that I can estimate those gas prices since there are too many variables such as
OPEC and the fact that tax dollars pay for the security of oil fields and if
the war ends then the oil companies might have to pay them also record high oil
profits might mean that they can afford the cost of protecting the oil fields without
raising prices.
Reputation of the US is decided according to what the
international community condemns the United States for and if the candidate
decides to continue those actions or not.
The primary concerns are alleged crimes against humanity against the Palestinians
and the continued War on Terror.
